What makes this fundraiser different?

No forms, no cash, no chaos. Everything happens online - supporters place their own orders, upload their photos, and handle payment directly with us. You don’t have to sort orders, track money, or chase anyone down. We’ll send your organization one check at the end, nice and easy. Best part? You set the product price, so you can control how much your group earns.

Is the fundraiser program for schools only?

Nope, our fundraising program is flexible enough to accommodate any group or organization, not just schools! While our designs are often school-focused, our art team has experience creating signage for a variety of purposes and across a variety of industries.

How do I view or track my fundraiser?

Your point of contact with Signs Unleashed will provide you with a link to your fundraiser landing page where you can see your fundraiser details and product offerings. You can reach out to your point of contact for more specific details about orders placed through your fundraiser.

How long until I receive everything for distribution?

Fundraiser orders are held until the fundraiser deadline so they can all be distributed around the same time. Most of our products include some degree of customization so we give our art department about a week to process orders. After that, typically ground shipping can be anything between 1-5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated in real time to give you the best rate. Fundraisers may choose to have a free shipping option for bulk shipments or local pickup.

Can you ship all orders individually to supporters?

Yup. During setup, you will see the different shipping options available for your fundraiser including bulk and individual shipping. Shipping orders individually is more cumulatively expensive for supporters, while bulk shipping expenses are deducted from the total funds raised at the end of the fundraiser.

What payment methods do you accept?

We keep it easy. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, or Apple Pay – whatever works for you.

I missed the deadline, can I still place an order?

We can reopen purchasing after fundraiser deadlines. The drawback is that your order cannot be included in bulk shipments so you must pay for shipping, and funds from the purchase can no longer be contributed to the fundraiser.

How do I receive my order?

If you ordered without entering your shipping details, that means your fundraiser organizer has elected to handle distribution so you don't need to pay for shipping. Check your fundraiser's landing page to find more info about when your fundraiser ends and how orders will be distributed.

Did you receive my order?

You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find this email. Reach out to your fundraiser organizer if you ordered and did not receive confirmation.

Image Questions

How do I know if my image is good enough quality?

We try our best to spot check all orders before they are printed, but the best way to ensure that you get the highest quality product is to upload a high quality image. High quality images are typically are at least 1MB and are originals. Taking screenshots are not high enough quality to blow up to the size they are needed.

What’s the best way to take a photo?

When you are taking a photo, most new smart-phones take high enough quality images.  Make sure to click to focus the photo when taking it, and usually more light is the rule of thumb. Using a flash is a good idea. You can also use a digital camera to take the photo. 

Do I need to upload my photo with the image cropped?

No, we do all the heavy lifting! All we need you to do is upload the photo you would like and to let us know in the notes section anything you think we should know.
